PROPOSAL FOR COMPANY PRESENCE AT DIGITAL HERITAGE 2013
Companies can be present at Digital Heritage 2013 in the Agora of the Villa Méditerranée, where they can have a stand during 28 and 29 October 2013.
To rent a stand, companies can have two formulas :
Small Stand (A)
with 1 full registration and advertisement: 1500 €
This stand contains a booth with image or company logo, one chair, a totem containing an image or company logo, three flyer dispensers and a small screen, WiFi and iPad terminal (iPad is not included).
Large Stand (B)
with 2 full registrations and advertisement: 2500 €
This stand contains a booth with image or company logo, two chairs and a totem containing an image or company logo, three flyer dispensers and a small screen plus a large screen with flyer dispenser and logo, WiFi.
Advertisement means that the company is mentioned on one page of a corporate exhibitor guide (physical and digital handout at registration), as well as on the website and on the DigitalHeritage2013 app, that will guide the attendees through the complex program of the congress.
